Learn how to live your Best Life, using your sixth sense, the one you often forget you have, which is your Intuition. Your Intuition is your inner guidance system which is constantly trying to get your attention, so it can point you in the right direction on the path towards living your life purpose. Once you start tuning in to your intuition and following it’s guidance, life suddenly becomes a magical and joyful adventure! If you want to learn how to tune in to your sixth sense and start living the life you were born to lead then this workshop will show you how.

This workshop will be taught by Sue Harper Todd. Sue is a qualified Intuitive Six Sensory Teacher who has trained with Sonia Choquette (http://www.soniachoquette.com/) the internationally acclaimed Intuitive and author. Sue has also climbed Everest and sailed the Atlantic and knows that it was tapping in to her intuition and following her inner guidance that led her to these amazing experiences. If you are willing to open up to your sixth sense it really can change your life.

LIVE THE LIFE YOU WERE BORN TO LEAD

One of my favourite quotes is "The danger is not in aiming too high but in aiming too low and achieving it". We can create whatever we want in life - you might find that hard to believe, but having climbed Mount Everest I absolutely know that we can. You really CAN live the life of your dreams and I want to help you to do that.

The sort of people I help are often those who are lacking motivation and drifting aimlessly, being pushed this way and that by the current of life. Most people don't realize that they are actually able to take charge and change the direction of their lives themselves. To take control of life instead of being controlled by it. But you can live the life you want, yes really you can. I can show you how to do that.

I used to be like that too once, lacking not only motivation and purpose, but also self belief. However sailing across the Atlantic and climbing Everest taught me that we already possess all the tools and wisdom that we need to be able to create the life we want to live, we just don't realize it. My role as an Intuitive Life Coach is to shine a light on the amazing gifts that you have hidden away within you, to give you back your self belief and help you to get from where you are now to where you want to be. I work very intuitively to help you change from the inside out. If you would like to talk to me about how this could work for you read more

Celebrate International Women's Day by Climbing a Hill!

Last October I led a fundraising trek to Everest Base Camp to raise money for a wonderful charity called Women for Women International www.womenforwomen.org.uk. The wonderful women who came with me raised over £100,000. Our high point there was the summit of a mountain called Kala Pattar, which is 18,150 feet - and felt like it! We think that a great way to celebrate International Women's Day on 8th March would be to climb another mountain. This would be a way of empathizing with and showing support for women all over the world who are climbing mountains every day of their lives, in the daily struggle to not only stay alive but to support their families too. We are planning on climbing a much smaller mountain this time though! We are going to climb Pen y Ghent in the Yorkshire Dales, which is one of the Yorkshire 3 Peaks. It takes about 4 hours up and down. The starting point is Horton-in-Ribblesdale. We will meet in the car park there at 10.30 a.m. We would love to have as many people join us as possible, so please come! If you are interested please email me susan@susanharpertodd.com. Hope to see you there!

Soul Coaching - discover the person you were born to be!

A new year! I love it. It feels like a clean slate, and we can write anything on it. Anything at all. We can make this year exactly how we want it to be. It is out there just waiting to be created. So let's go and make it a great one. Get a piece of paper and write out exactly how you would like your year to pan out. What would you like to achieve in every area of your life - career, relationships, finances, health, spiritually. Yes, spiritually. You might think that last item is not important, but the more we learn about who we really are, the more we can achieve exactly want we want in life EASILY. You really can create a New You. I'm creating a new me this year. For the last 8 years, ever since I climbed Everest, I have been going back to Nepal almost every year, sometimes twice a year, introducing people to the beauty and energy of the Himalaya - and saying hello to my mountain, to the Goddess Mother of Earth. And now it is time for a change to move forward. I already offer Life Coaching, but I am now stepping into that role more fully and defining my role now as a Soul Coach. I believe that in order to achieve our true potential and realize our dreams and goals we have to understand who we really are. To get out of our minds and start living again from our hearts, as we did when we were children. Once we start doing that, life magically becomes easier. That is how an ordinary girl like me did an extraordinary thing like climbing Everest. If you want to learn how you can do that then please contact me for a Soul Coaching session. We are all here for a reason, we are all important, we can all realize our dreams. I will show you how you can live your life with purpose and discover the person you were born to be!

An Everest View

This morning I woke up at 6a.m. and saw the most amazing sunrise. So clear and beautiful with the snowy mountains behind. Although it was a rest day we still had an early breakfast at 7a.m. as today's mission was a walk up the hill (for 1500 feet) for an Everest View.

We were actually walking up to a hotel called the Everest View Hotel, which is the highest otel in the world! On the way up there we also walked across the highest airstrip in the world - yes, we're really up here in the clouds! And we were lucky enough to see a tiny plane, a Pilatus Porter, coming in the land, bouncing along the dusty strip of ground. I flew from here in the spring, and it was interestingly exciting to say the least!

Blue Sky Himalaya

We are having the most amazing time, the most amazing weather here in the Himalaya and all is well. At the moment the only internet connection we have is a slow satellite connection,so for the time being I am directing you to the women for women international website to get our daily news diary. The Journey Begins

Hello from Kathmandu! It’s really beautiful. The weather is sunny and clear. The monsoon, which happens during the summer time has recently come to an end and the rains have left everything with a sparkling clarity. Our wonderful group of trekkers, from Women for Women Inernational, are now gathered and we’re raring to go! Today everyone is doing a bit of last minute shopping in the many climbing shops here in the area of Thamel. There is of course also time for some relaxing by the swimming pool and making the most of the luxury of the lovely hotel we are staying in, as tomorrow we get up at dawn for an early flight up into the mountains. We are so excited!

Namche Bazaar

Here we are in lovely Namche Bazaar. The weather is still wonderfully sunny and clear and today we had our first view of Everest. It looked like a perfect summit day! We are all seeing so many new sights, every step of the way that it is hard to take in. Yesterday morning we stepped off the plane in Lukla at about 07.45a.m. in perfect time for breakfast. And of course the most fitting thing for us to have for breakfast on the menu was breakfast A l'Everest, so some of us had to have that. The walk yesterday was very relaxed, with photo stops approximately every 30 seconds, however we did manage to get to our overnight stop before dark! Today was quite a hard day, as it was pretty much uphill all the way to Namche Bazaar. So everyone was very glad to be here. The lodge we are staying in is right above the town with the most amazing views. We are also next to the monastery so we will be going to have a visit there at some point. Tomorrow we are spending another night here to acclimatize. We will be going for a walk in the morning - uphill! For some further acclimatization and some more fabulous views of Everest. Everyone is feeling great and having the most amazing time - I've got some really fit girls with me here! More tomorrow....
