Music That Speaks To The Soul

I just have to share this piece of music with you .

It is only a few minutes long, but it truly speaks to the soul, to the heart, to the trees, to the planet. It is music you can feel vibrating through your whole being. It is very special. It truly awakens the soul. Please listen and pass it on to others, the world needs to hear this.

It is a Buddhist mantra chant:

"Gate gate paragate, parasamgate bodhi svha"

which when translated means:

"Gone, gone, gone beyond. Gone beyond to awakening."

Everest is Calling!

I am leaving for my next trek to the beautiful mountains of Nepal on the 24th April. There will be 12 of us. As well as the 9 trekkers in the team I am taking professional photographer, Stuart Coleman with us to capture the best moments on camera and video, plus our own Artist in Residence, Richard Clarke, who will be recording the journey and the people on it with his talented paint brush.

Taking a Risk Today Will Change Your Life Tomorrow... Read this wonderful quote and see what you think...

"To laugh is to risk appearing the fool, to weep is to risk appearing sentimental, to reach out for another is to risk exposing your true self. To place your ideas, your dreams before the crowd is to risk their loss, to love is to risk not being loved in return, to live is to risk dying, to hope is to risk despair. To try is to risk failure, but the risk must be taken, because the greatest hazard in life is to risk nothing. The person who risks nothing, does nothing, is nothing. He may avoid suffering, but he simply cannot learn, feel, change, grow, love, live. Chained by his certitudes, he is a slave. He has forfeited freedom. Only a person who risks is free." Anon

Saying NO is really powerful. Saying NO is mastery over your own life.

Saying NO is something we are not very good at. Most of us tend to say YES when we really mean NO. Perhaps because we are worried about offending someone, or because we think whatever it is we are being asked to do will be good for us, or because it is just easier, and means we will avoid conflict and confrontation.

However saying YES when we mean NO is giving our power away. It means we are not in control of our lives. We're not doing what we want but what someone else wants us to do. It also means we collect a list of things that clog up our time...this leads to stress because then we find it hard to fit everything in that we actually want  to do.

- Welcome!

Hello and welcome to!

1% For The Planet: The Music that keeps Earth in Business

That moment in time, that split second, when I stepped onto the summit of the highest mountain on Planet Earth, my life changed for ever. It became intrinsically bound up and intertwined with Mother Earth. Earth supports us, so it would be wonderful if you would show your support for Earth by going to and downloading this album.

And it would be wonderful if you would show this support and downloading the album. All proceeds from this album go towards saving the planet. They are donated to non-profit environmental organisations all around the world. The musicians were kind enough to lend exclusive or rare tracks to an album so every note on every song is helping support these environmental organizations on every continent on Earth.
